In daily use, due to the loosening of screws, displacement of parts, wear, collision and other factors, some problems will occur, causing paralysis on the suture. Common paralysis diseases include floating lines, jumpers, spaces without loops, broken lines, and wavy seams. Please adjust according to the following methods:

New sewing machine

1. Floating line-the seam on the clothing piece is too loose and floats on the surface
1. Tighten the clamp nut
2. Tighten the thread take-up spring.
Second, jump stitches-the pieces are not connected to the stitches
1. Fine-adjust the adjustment screw on the lifting joint so that the bottom surface of the triangle tip of the loop lightly touches the large needle oblique giving way plane
2. Adjust the migraine screw on the swing head of the large needle so that the large needle is close to the bottom of the V-shaped groove of the clothes needle when it enters the clothes needle.
3. Adjust the large needle bracket so that the large needle contacts the bearing, but not too tightly.
4. Micro-adjust the relative orientation of the two grooved cams so that the large needle penetrates from the center of the coil on the looped triangle or slightly off the middle and upper part. The looped triangle should be located in the center of the large needle yield plane when hooking the thread.
Three, disconnection
1. Loose the clamp nut moderately or use only a single clamp.
2. Loosen the thread take-up spring.
3. Adjust the migraine screw on the needle arm so that the large needle does not rub against the clothes pin.
4. Adjust the nut on the connecting rod of the rocker arm so that the center of the large needle and the center of the V-groove of the clothes pin are aligned.
5. Micro-adjust (rotate) the orientation of the small cam so that the needle tip of the suture stays in sync with the V-shaped groove of the needle.
Fourth, the space does not form a circle-the stitching does not form when the gap between the pieces
1. Fine-adjust the upper adjustment screw of the lifting joint or the migraine screw on the large needle swing head to make the orientation of the looped triangle and the large needle correct.
2. Adjust the orientation of the bending plate. The bottom edge of the square hole should be flush with the center of the needle of the clothespin, and the large needle should pass through the center of the square hole.
3. Fine-adjust the relative orientation of the left and right sides of the slot cam so that the large needle penetrates from the center of the vertical direction of the looping triangle or slightly above. The looped triangle hook thread should be in the center of the large needle yield plane.
5. Wave-shaped seams-unclear seams or drifting up and down
1. The same row (column) of the clothes piece should be inserted into the clothes pin.
2. Proofly calibrate the clothes pins so that they are level and evenly spaced.
3. Replace the deformed large needle (note that the tail of the newly replaced large needle should reveal about 1.5MM of the end surface of the needle seat, and at the same time ensure that the needle tip is close to the bottom of the V-shaped groove of the clothes needle when the large needle enters)
